I bought an Audi A6 from George Kingsley having seen the car advertised on Autotrader. It was my first time buying a car essentially online, without actually seeing it, but the experience was absolutely first class.
Starting with my initial phone call the company were extremely professional, friendly, and interested in my requirements. I was given a verbal tour of the car, which was comprehensive and honest, and matched the photographs on the internet. I was also sent the link to a video of the vehicle which provided even more detail.
I then discussed delivery options and I was happy with the reasonable cost, bearing in mind the 400 mile round trip. I was also reassured with the policy of the deposit being refundable if the vehicle, on delivery, wasn't the same as agreed.
So having paid the deposit and arranged delivery communication remained first class. On delivery of the car it was exactly as described, and I am delighted with it.
I have waited a few weeks before posting this review just to allow time for any hidden niggles with the car to be manifest. There have been none. The description was fair, the paperwork honest, and the car excellent.
I was nervous at the idea of buying a car unseen, from a company on the other side of the country, but I would not hesitate to use George Kingsley again. And I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
