Were very helpful when I was pushed for time getting a new vehicle. Visited and viewed an A1 on a Sunday where Jeanette was absolutely wonderful and even stayed a little late to accommodate my availability, went to lunch to discuss finances with my partner and unfortunately the car was sold during this brief period (which shows how lovely the car was). Because of this James agreed to source me another A1 and travelled way up north to collect this outside of working hours and worked hard during the next week to get the car up to their standards. In this time I was given their courtesy car for free! After purchasing the car with Brian who was very accommodating and even upgraded my warranty on it I noticed that the rear windscreen washer wasn't working a few days later and one of the plastic coverings around the bumper was unclipped. I took this back to GK and they fixed it there and then and also replaced a broken sun visor with no hesitation. I have been enjoying driving the car since and would give their customer service an A*!
