We are very pleased with the BMW we recently purchased from George Kingsley. The customer service we have experienced has been outstanding. On our initial trip to look at the car we were greeted by Wesley. He was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. He was even happy to advise my husband on how some of the features of his car worked. Wesley has a huge knowledge of the different features of BMW's and was easily able to answer all our questions and show us how things worked. We were able to pick up the car at a time convenient to us, and again Wesley talked us through the features in detail helping to set the car up for us. I've since forgotten several things, but Wesley is very happy for us to pop back so he can explain them to us again. We are enjoying driving our car and would 100% recommend them and would be very happy to purchase a car from them again. We have experienced a very rare but high level of customer service. Right where do I start. These guys are unbelievably kind and really helped me out of a sticky situation!! Unfortunately my car that was in my name was in my Exs name on the finance. Even though I put all of the money into it she decided to give it back to the bank and wouldn’t accept me paying for it monthly. It was stripped from my house at 6am in the morning in front of my son. However the caveat was that it had tracking. I found where it was going to be sold which was Manheim in Colchester miles from where I live. I contacted loads of local garages via email and contact pages etc but they all ignored me. However this amazing company stepped up in my hour of need and agreed to buy the car for me plus fees. I transferred them a large refundable deposit for them to secure the car and they stuck to there word completely and we waited patiently until it had sold. It needed an MOT which it failed unfortunately and they got it fixed and passed very quickly so that I could pick it up days later after the sale. A MASSIVE thank you to Dean and the team for going out of there way just to help me !!!

Excellent, efficient Service, Wesley was brilliant and made the whole process so simple. I'd seen a car that I liked on the website and decided to come down and have a look at it. The website is great with good descriptions, excellent images and specification. I gave them a call on the off chance as I was out and about anyway and they were more than accommodating for me to come and have a look. After a walk round and a check inside, I had a chat with Wesley who helped book a proper appointment for the next day, to take it for a drive and spend some more time with it. I attended the next day to find the car parked right at the front, having been cleaned and made ready. Wesley had the keys ready to go and it was so simple to take it out for a drive. After the drive my mind was made up and I sat down with Wesley to go through the paperwork. He made everything easy, helped explaining all the different options for extras etc. Purchasing the car was easy, the order was processed on the same day by Nette, even though it was between Christmas and new years. Picked up the car which was in perfect condition, clean tidy and ready to go. Overall I couldn't fault the service; Wesley was friendly, helpful and attentive and the car was in perfect condition. I would whole heartedly recommend George Kingsley and their excellent team to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Excellent! Really friendly and helpful service from Wesley. Great car, smooth and easy purchase. Free delivery, everything dealt with their end. Super fast, arranging to test drive to delivery was a week, even over the festive period. Able to test drive unaccompanied, given 30 mins+ in the car to get a good feel for it. Easy to contact, nothing too much trouble.

Excellent service. Identified the Range Rover Evoque online on a Tuesday and bought it the same day after a very helpful and informative chat with Wesley. The car was delivered by the business owner to my door on the following Thursday (I live in the far north of Scotland). The vehicle is as described in the ad, it is in beautiful, almost pristine condition. I drove James to the train station, 40 minutes away, for his return trip. Firstly, he had the confidence in the vehicle to drive it 600 miles to my door; he also had the confidence to sit in a 40-minute test drive. A good experience all around.
